I come on-site, measure the area and assess the condition of the substrate. We discuss your expectations — effect, colour, timeline. On request, we prepare an individual visualisation of the room so you can see how the chosen floor will look in your space. You walk away with a concrete price, project plan and timeline — with no obligations.
Diamond grinding, vacuuming, epoxy priming, filling imperfections. This is the most important stage — floor durability depends on substrate quality. We don’t cut corners here, we do it so the floor lasts for years.
Applying resin layer by layer — structural and decorative layer. We work with proven STO and Quartzline systems. Each layer is applied at the right temperature and humidity, with full quality control at every step.
Application of the sealing coat — polyurethane or epoxy lacquer, selected individually based on the type of installation and usage conditions. The lacquer protects the floor against scratches, chemicals and UV, enhances colour depth and gives the final finish — matte, satin or gloss.
Final inspection, post-installation cleaning, handover of the finished floor. You receive a 24-month warranty on the installation along with a care guide. We stay in touch — if anything needs attention, we respond quickly.

Resin floor prices start from 199 PLN/m² for a garage floor in a solid colour. Interior floor from 299 PLN/m², with decorative flakes from 250 PLN/m², metallic or swirl from 420 PLN/m². The price includes materials, labour and post-installation cleaning.
Resin floor installation typically takes 2–5 working days depending on area and chosen system. Full curing and complete usability (e.g. driving on it) occurs 7 days after the last coat is applied.
Yes, resin floor is an ideal solution for a garage. It is resistant to automotive chemicals, oils, fuels, abrasion and loads. Available in solid RAL colours or with decorative flakes, which additionally mask dirt.
Yes, we provide a 24-month warranty on all resin floors we install. We work with professional STO and Quartzline systems, which ensures high durability and aesthetics for many years.
Yes, thanks to Szczecin’s location near the border, we also serve the German market. We carry out installations in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg and across Germany. Travel costs are quoted individually.
Yes, resin floor can be applied over existing ceramic tiles provided they are firmly glued to the substrate. This requires proper surface preparation — grinding and priming. The advantage is no need for costly demolition.
Resin floor is very easy to maintain. For daily cleaning, a mop and neutral detergent are enough. The surface is sealed, without grout or joints, so it doesn’t collect dirt or mould. We recommend avoiding aggressive abrasives and sharp objects. With proper care, the floor retains its aesthetics for many years.
Yes, a resin floor with a polyurethane or epoxy lacquer is highly resistant to scratches, impacts and mechanical loads. The protective lacquer we apply in the final stage further increases coating durability. In garages and commercial facilities, it withstands intensive traffic and vehicle weight.
Yes, resin floor is perfect for kitchens and bathrooms. It is fully waterproof, sealed (no joints), easy to clean and resistant to household chemicals. The modern, seamless design fits well with loft, Scandinavian and minimalist styles.
Epoxy lacquer is harder, more resistant to chemicals and abrasion — ideal for garages, warehouses and industrial facilities. Polyurethane lacquer is more flexible, UV-resistant and yellows less over time — better for living spaces, offices and rooms with plenty of light. We select the lacquer individually for each installation.
