Tax and accounting regulations require us to retain accounting documents for 5 years.

Our legitimate interest covers website traffic analysis, optimization of Google Ads campaigns, and measuring the effectiveness of advertising activities.

• nazwa.pl – domain and DNS management
• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) – communication via messengers and social media
• Kleinanzeigen GmbH – classifieds platform (German market)
• Accounting office and bookkeeping service providers

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (e.g., to the USA). Such transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other GDPR-compliant mechanisms.
